Newly Designed My Points - Problems?

Is anyone else having trouble with the new (and improved?) site? I can't even log in without going through an e-mail from them. And just about everything I click on there won't come up. Is it just me? I use the Firefox browser, but I've never had problems before.

I have had the same experience the last two days and I use Explorer. When I finally got logged in and click on anything it bogs down to a crawl.

I use explorer and it's not slow for me but I cannot cash out for the gc I want to get. It says error on page when I hit the continue button.

I also use IE, & am having no trouble at all. I did not try using the cash out feature thou. I was just there maybe it is fixed now. Hope it works for you, if not maybe you need to email them with this problem.

I e-mailed them earlier today - don't really expect to hear anything from them today. Maybe tomorrow?

I cannot stand the new site, its annoying to try and look at if I have been getting credited for purchases.
