It's says "Birl" It's a joke between Mark and I. On the back of it it says "Mirl" and his says the same but on opposite sides. They're nicknames of some kind.

Well 'Birl' is actually a name! I didn't know that until I worked at a nursing home and there was a lady named 'birl' but it was spelled "Byrell" or something!
