Since I've been going the Studios has had several new rides, but I just wondered which was the most recent ride in the main park.

Buzz Lightyear Lazer Blast which opened in 2006.

Most money gets invested in the studios nowadays. The only other attraction that has been built in the main park recently is the Princess Pavilion.
