My DH uses them alot! Fast shipping, makes Amazon seem slow He got me a digital picture frame at Christmas and it was broke when he got it, they took it back be he had to pay return shipping. If it had been me I would have fussed with them to pay the shipping.

We've ordered from them for years as they often have the best prices and cheapest shipping. Have never ever had an issue. I recently ordered some memory cards but mistakenly ordered the wrong ones. I just went to the returns link on the website which has a live person chat who set up the return for me. I just printed out the sheet with the info, plucked it back in the envelope and sent it back. I got my full refund 4 days later. Even though I had waited a couple of days past their 30 day refund time for unopened packages, they still gave me the refund.
