If I want to stay at one of the resorts - in particular BWV, do I need to contact them directly re: availability? Not a DVC member, does that matter? Thanks so much!

You can book a BWV room directly through Disney at 407-WDISNEY. I would, however, go over to the DVC portion of this forum and look for someone renting points. It will most likely be cheaper in the long run.
