Hello! I'm Amy and I'm in Oklahoma. My husband and I are considering going to Disney for our 2nd Anniversary. However, we will be on a tight budget, and need to fly.

We would leave in Nov., either Friday 19 or Saturday 20 and return Wednesday 24. We would probably stay in WDW, in one of the cheap hotels. The water parks don't look too interesting to us. But I am confused about what type of pass to get, or whether a package would be better.

What is the weather usually like in late November?

We saved with a package, but we are going for 9 days. You may do better pricing your room and tickets separately. Sounds like a 4 day hopper would be good, since you don't need a plus for the water parks, may be too cold in Nov. anyway.

Does it cost to even enter Pleasure Island, or just to go in the clubs?

It costs to go into pleasure island but once you are in you can go into the clubs at no charge.

I've heard that admission to Pleasure Island is now only $16.95 a night and that there is some package to go additional nights but I am not sure about that

There is no charge to wander the streets in Pleasure Island at this time. They only charge you when you want to go into the clubs. The new club charge is $16.95 plus tax discounted from $19.95 plus tax. Here's a thread on Pleasure Island http://www.wdwinfo.com/downtown/pi/index.htm

Have you checked into your airfare yet? Wednesday the 24th (which happens to be our anniversary!) is one of the busiest days for air travel and you are not likely to get very good rates.
