Hi! I have been reading these boards for the last year or so and now would like to take the challenge. I started my diet three weeks ago and have lost 13 pounds. I have a total of a 150 pounds to lose. That's a huge goal to have to reach but, I think I can do it. I think it's wonderful that you all support each other like this.
