Hi everyone

I got engaged to last June in Disney while on holiday. Always dreamed of a disney wedding and i'm lucky enough to find a guy to agree to it.

Just wondering if there is anyone else from the UK planning a disney wedding and how they are finding the process.

Also has anyone had there post wedding at Fantasmic - its my favourite disney show

Welcome to the boards! There are quite a few of us UK brides on here - you're definitely not alone!

Planning things with Disney has been really really easy for us. Emails are normally returned very promptly and they normally offer to call us if we do need a call back for any reason. (But our planner is SOOO helpful!)

I'm sure that you will have enormous fun planning your dream wedding at Disney. My wedding is coming up later this month and I can't wait to get to Gatwick

Hiya I am another UK disney bride to be, Although I am not getting married for a while, I have just moved away from Aberdeen (hoping to move back soon). I also got engaged in Disney, When are you planning your wedding for?

can't believe your from Aberdeen too! Hopefully the wedding will be 2009/2010 ish just starting to consider which package to go for etc

I know, its so cool, its such a small world. There is a few Aberdeen Disney brides to be on here although not noticed any posts from them in a while. I am doing a late 2009 wedding, Nov 18th hopefully. We got engaged on the 14th but thats a Sat in 2009 so can't do it then cause doing an intimate wedding, so we were going to do the 16th but wanted to go to Cirque Du Soliel afterwards and that doesn't show on Mon's and for some reason a wednesday wedding sounded nicer than a tuesday wedding, so we chose then hopefully we will get it. So if you are doing a 2009/2010 wedding we will be close together thats really cool.

i think we are going to have an intimate cermony as well, dont want to take too many people over! I have to go by the school hols too cause i'm going to be a teacher soon! Hopefully over the October hols.
