Newbie with FP+ and Orbitz tickets...

I am sure this has been asked and answered before but I couldn't find it and grew weary of looking...

We have a room only for SSR in May. I am buying tickets from Orbitz this week. My Magic bands just shipped.

Can I link the tickets I buy from Orbitz with the magic bands that just shipped? If I can, how? Will I still have to go to customer service? Will I be able to use MDE and reserve FP+ if I do this?

Sorry about all the questions. This is my first trip with FP+ and the first time I'm buying tickets from anyone but WDW.

I wish I could help, but I'm really not sure! Have you looked around the "linking tickets and reservations" section in MDE?

You need to email Orbitz customer service and ask for theMyMagic code for your tickets. Once you have that you can link them on MDE and you won't have to pick them up.

If you need more info there is a whole thread about this on the budget board as lots of people needed this info when the Orbitz/ebates 20% discount a few months back.

Yes...it was super easy emailing Orbitz CS and asking for My Magic Code. Then go into MDE app and link them.
