Newbie with a Question

Just had a quick question:

I just became a member in early November. I already made my first reservation and I received paper confirmation. I even already got my annual dues statement for 2005. But thats it. I never got any booklets or membership cards, nothing.

So my question is: what is it exactly that I'm supposed to receive after becoming a member for the first time and whats the time frame for receiving those things. Wait, I also received my titled deed. But as far as membership info, nothing.

You should've at least recevied the paper temporary membership cards. I just became a member earlier this month and I already have them. If you don't have at least those by now, you should call MS.

I forgot to mention it was a resale, I don't know if that has anything to do with it?

I would still call members services - you may need the member card to get some of the discounts.

Did you buy direct or resale? If you buy direct, the booklets and temporary member card are sent with the paperwork. I'm not sure who is responsible for sending those things on a resale.
