Newbie with a question

I am sorry if this has been covered, but I've looked around and can't find an answer. Does anyone know why I cannot right click and save an image? I'm trying to save a design from someone's photobucket account. I have the image at full size, but nothing happens when I right click on it.

I have no idea. Unless you're on a Mac. No, really I don't know but bumping in case someone else has an idea.
