Hey everyone. I apologize if this has been asked and answered before. I did a search but couldn't seem to come up with what I was looking for.

My husband and I are planning an Intimate Vow Renewal this November at Sea Breeze Point. Just today I received an email including a copy of our Letter of Agreement which we are to sign and return along with a deposit.

We want to (hopefully) add in a Magic Kingdom Portrait Session but aren't sure when we order that/add it to the contract. The LofA mentioned Enhancements but as far as I could tell it didn't specify if the enhancements had to be added before we signed and returned the contract. I emailed our Wedding Coordinator and asked but thought someone here might know too. I don't even know if we'll even be able to get a MK photo shoot, I just thought I'd ask :)

Don't ever feel bad about asking anything. Everyone on here is AMAZINGLY helpful. I don't think I've ever seen the answer to that and I want to know the same thing because we will be mailing our stuff in within the next 2 weeks and want to do a MK photo session too :) Thanks for asking!! I'm sure someone can help us :)

Don't worry...You can still sign up for the MK session.

I would recommend sending an e-mail with the dates you are interested in having the session done. Provide a few dates, but list the priority, as only one couple can do the photos per day, and this will let them find a date that works for everyone.

Keep in mind that Oct-Jan there will be construction walls and a crane around the Castle, as they change the decor from the 50th celebration to the Year of Dreams. Your Planner/Coordinator should be able to give you more details. :)

Thank you all! I've got my tentative date for our MK photo shoot all set up. The person I spoke with *really* wanted me to know about the crane/painting. He said they would photoshop the crane out but I'm kind of worried. He brought it up twice and I don't know if it's just because he wants to make sure I'm warned, or if he's trying to say the photoshopping may not work out. I'm pretty easy-going so I understand if it ends up in the pictures....it won't be great but I'm sure they'll do their best. So, what do you guys think?

There was a crane or scaffolding or something up when Mommy Poppins had hers done and you can't see it at all. They photoshopped it all out.

Actually all of the scaffolding for grad night lighting was up when we had our MK photo shoot--but you can't tell from our pictures!! (Link in signature)

Also, unless things have changed (again), there are actually TWO possible times a day for the MK photo shoot (5AM and 6AM).

(edited to correct times...thanks Mommy Poppins for correcting me! :teeth: I was going from memory, and at my age it isn't what it used to be :rotfl: )

When we were there in April/May, the time slots were 5am and 6am. The photographer picked us up at the Beach Club at 4:45 am!

I think there are only two times during their busy seasons. That's what I heard.

Thank you all!! We did end up with the 5 a.m. time and I'm afraid that time won't work out but no big deal. We'll have plenty of pics from the ceremony :thumbsup2 The Disney people were *very* nice about my flipflopping LOL!

We'll be travelling with our son (17 mos) and even if we called a sitter I just don't want him to wake up that early. So Dh and I have decided we'll stick with the ceremony pics. I appreciate everyone's help with my questions!
