Newbie who needs help

I am going on my first Disney cruise next weekend. I have suddenly decided that we need matching tshirts when we board. I have the shirt and the tshirt iron on paper that you use in your printer. However I have no design. I don't really understand how this all works for this board. Do I order a design from someone?
