Newbie to Silhouette SD...help!

Any Silhouette experts out there? I need to cut out some elmo faces. Is it possible to find a clip art online, transfer it to the silhouette program, and have the machine cut out the outline of Elmo? TIA!
 
I have a Silhouette, but I tend to just fumble around with it. There is a Silhouette forum on Yahoo that is great. I'm sure someone on there can help you out.
