Newbie Sold Out Question

Is it to late are they sold out? Looking to rent a standard studio BWV for one week the first week in November.Is there preferred only left? Want to post a wanted on rent/trade forum but would like to know this first. Thank you

Because availability changes by the moment, the only way to know this would be to contact a renter and have them check for your dates. Even then, there would be no guarnatee that there would be availability a few minutes later, so you would probably want to have a rental agreement in place first. You don't have to rent if what you want isn't available, but it would be good to do this through a renter, if it IS available. It requires a call to MS.

The 1st week of November has been available to BWV members for 3 months AND the Food & Wine Fest will be going on, which really books the place up fast. I would say the odds are really good that Standard View is sold out. I would have a 2nd preference ready to cover that probability.

The odds are even good that in one more month (when you hit the 7 months out point) all the sudios will sell out, so I would move on this quickly if you want BWV that week. Just my opinion.
