Newbie Saying Hello!

Okay my husband just surprised me with a fully booked trip (who knew he could do things like this?) to Disney World this December!!! I am SOOOOO excited!!! I am a disney addict being raised in Southern California but after moving to Hawaii I had kissed my disney trips good bye. My husband and I have never been to Disney World and this will be our first Christmas time actually being together (deployments) and I am so excited we have seven days and he even bought MVMCP tickets! I can't wait although I am wondering what is the weather like in Florida in December? I'm used to humidity but cold could be an oddity!

I'm a newbie also... we're going to WDW for the first time (actually DH's 2nd time) on 12/5-12/13. I've seen trip reports showing people wearing shorts, t-shirts and in the pool during those days in past years... but I guess it can get chilly at night... again, congratulations! What a great surprise!!

Welcome! I'll be there in Dec. too! My mother-in-law lives near Orlando and says the weather can be cool (60-65) in the am and get as warm as 80-85 in the afternoon. I think it gets cool again in the evening and you should be prepared for both cool and warm conditions. Hope this helps!
