the advertisement for universal 1 day 2 park ticket with transportation from disney. Has Anyone done this does it work well.

We are going in Dec. can you see two parks in 1 day?

Is there a child swap type thing availlable at universal as there is in disney?

what are the food cost? is the dinning package worth the cost for one day?

Any tips for a newbie.

Thanks

there is a child swap system at UO.
the rooms are a/c.

the meal deal for one park might be a good thing for you depending on if the food is to your liking.

you can check out menus on the allears site.
it is outdated but you get an idea of what is offered and costs involved.

all the city walk menus are on line when you go to www.citywalk.com

you can take mears at the cost of $18 per adult rt.
children prices are cheaper.

or you can do the package that includes the ticket.

You can see the highlights in a single day but you couldn't do everything in both park in a day. I would check Universal website map and see which attractions you really want to concentrate on and stick with that plan. The parks are generally slow until Christmas week and if you go during the week, the crowds will be minimal.
