Newbie postcard question

Have you ever heard of anyone getting a postcard rate that was addressed to a non-family member?
What if I called reservations and told them that I would not be able to stay on-property unless I got that rate, or that I would have to cancel my rez?

Speaking from experience I just called them over a problem I had with only $13.00 (LONG STORY) I ended up canceling my rez and they had no problem with that! They never said well lets see what we can do for you. They really don't cae in my opinion because for every one person who says I can't afford it there will be two or more people who say they can! Just my opinion. Good luck if you do try thid let me know if it works.

I had one sent to my address but the name was someone that had NEVER lived here before. We are the second owners of this home so I know the previous owners. I was told that even though it was sent to my address because no one in my household had their name on it I couldn't use it.

I was a little displeased and actually I did cancel my reservations (for other reasons) and it didn't matter.

I suppose it would be a little too much to ask for.
I guess if they gave us all that extra 50% off that we would like, they probably wouldn't be the multi-billion dollar place that they are.
