newbie on codes - what is YQC ?

Help!...what is it? How do I get use of it?
First time on the codes and rates board....
Please, I've read a couple of threads, but to me you're all speaking in CODES - no pun intended!

I'll would LOVE to save $$....as we are already on a budget
We made a reservation for ASM for Nov.23-Nov.28 with the Dining package...we've only paid for the deposit...will this work for us?

Did you book with Disney directly or a TA? If you booked yourself call and ask if you can have the code: YQE applied to your reservation. You need to be prepared to switch resorts as not all of them will have rooms available. You can check on line also, but I think only a "live" person can actually do the switch. If you booked with a TA then call her and ask that they call Disney and ask to have the code applied. Don't wait to long (do this today) as the rooms sell out fast. Let us know how it turns out!

Can you arrive a day early? Whatever price you pay the first night is the price for the entire stay!
