Newbie Needs to Rent 72 or 88 Points HELP PLEASE!

We are taking our 7 year old son to Disney April 24-29 (flight booked) and we would love to stay at the BWV in a standard studio (would also take a preferred view if needed). So I need to rent either 72 or 88 points. If you can help please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you!
