Newbie needs help, HRH or RPH????????

I know that this is probably been asked to death but, I am trying to decide if I have made the right choice in booking at HRH in November. I have been lurking and reading on the dis boards about peoples various experiences and I still don't know if I have made the right choice or not. It is myself,DH and our 9yr. DD. Is the atmosphere too "loud and rowdy" for her, I have read that the staff can be a little less than efficient there, and that the pool is the most popular and it seems to always be quite full. Anyone that has taken their family there that would care to give me their most honest opinion I would BE SO grateful.
We are use to spending our entire vacation at WDW at the WL and this time we are splitting the time between WDW and US/IOA. Help the newbie please!

I have the same question. I booked the HRH in November also but am really debating between that and the Royal Pacific. I heard both negative and positive on the HRH and thought the larger room would justify choosing it. It is 4 of us - myself, DH, DD-13 and DS-8. I would like to hear your thoughts also..

We've always had great luck at HRH, RPR and PBH. So....go with your gut instinct from looking at the pictures.

This is our second trip to IOA/USF . We stayed 5 in a room at the HRH in July of 05 I think or 06 .. Either way we really liked the HRH and are going for a visit in april for my DD sweet 16 . At the time of our first trip my DS was young like in the baby pool young and he was not bothered by anything there . WE really enjoyed it . This upcoming april / May trip is our first stay at HRH Club level so I can't comment on that but our regular room with two queen beds was enough for us . We had a blow up bed for our DS and he was fine in that . We did bring his own bed because we drove down .
