Newbie MS Vacation Advisors: Ack!

Has anyone else also encountered lots of newbie Vacation Advisors recently when calling Member Services?

It's been driving me crazy. These new CMs follow scripts and don't seem knowledgeable at all about DVC. They put me on hold for 5 minutes for the simplest things like looking up availability for a few resorts. Some of them have even been very unprofessional and not very "Disney" (I swear some lady practically said "aight" 3 or 4 times at me lol).

I don't know what's going on with Member Services but this really isn't acceptable IMO. Especially with the new reservation "enhancements" and more complex questions that members might want to ask MS. *sigh*

Sorry, just had to rant.
 
Last week I was put on hold for 21 minutes. I was on my cell and had to pull off the road, because I was coming up on a dead zone. Even after holding that long they still did not do what I needed done.:confused3
 
Yeah I notice some people put you on old and others dont. I asked a girl to check availability for a date and she came back and said only OKW was available almost immediately. Other times its 15 seconds or so.
 
I called the other day and the girl put me on hold 3 different times. My total call was 42 minutes, the worst part is that is I finally had to hang up and she called me back later. What was interesting was she said something was available and then said later she couldn't book it after all and would I take something else she knew would work? :confused3
