Newbie here...Need help

I just found this awesome site last week. It has been 8 years since our last Disney trip. This will be our fourth overall. We are booked for July 1 - 7.

My question is, what are the pin codes and how do I find out if I can get one?

You get a pin throught email, us mail. PIN distribution seems to be a mystery. There are many ways people think that they get them. Many on here will be able to tell you. However I recieved one for our last trip and just recieved one recently. I found out about the last one when I called and the CM told me I qualified for a discount. I asked what that meant, she said a PIN, and that is how I was introduced to a PIN. SHe told me then that I got it because someone threw pixie dust on us.

Anyway, if you call and talk to a CM you may have a pin. Again others on here are well versed in this.
