Well I got up at 6:50 on my 90 day mark...my day off :coffee:to make my ADRs thanks to so many of you here otherwise I probably would not have known to do this...I wonder how many people don't research and do not know to do this and get nothing...thanks disboards:worship:

Anyway here is what I got my girls are Princess freaks.

Sept 27th - Crystal Palace 9:10 am
Sept 28th - 1900 Park fare 9:10 am
Sept 29th - Chef Mickey's 9:30 am
Sept 30th - Ohana 5:00 pm
Oct 1st - CRT 9:25 am
Oct 1st - Hollywood & Vine (Fantasmic dinner pkg) 4:10 pm
Oct 3rd - Akershus Royal Banquet Hall 9:15 am
Oct 3rd - Le Cellier 4:15 pm

My question is how early do I need to arrive at Fanatasmic to get the seats even though I am on the dining pkg? My girls are 3 & 5 will they be scared at Fantasmic?

Lastly since I have never done this before do you think my reservations are ok or should I be trying to change something...not that I can at this point. We are a party of six at least with many breakfasts the grat will not be as high since they add 18% to my bill:eek:

Thanks for all that helped me out with doing this. Great community here:grouphug:

You did GREAT!!!

Your kids are going to have a ball, and so are you!!

I haven't been to Fantasmic this year, but I must warn you: my girsl had to be taken out because they were so frightened. Lots of other, and younger, kids were able to get through it, but it was too much for my kids... so be alert to the possiblitiy, and give it your best shot.

But I did want to throw in one tip:

For any one (or more if you choose) of the Princess meals, bring along a Princess Halloween costume for your girls. (We did it at 1900 Park Fare dinner last year; this year they'll wear them either there or at the Akerhaus breakfast.) A little eye shadow and some glittery ponytail holders, and your daughters will feel like a million bucks!!

My older daughter took hers off right after dinner in the August heat, but her sister wore her costume to the Magic Kingdom and reveled in all the attention!

awhile since I have been to Fantasmic and with the change in frequency my previous experiences aren't helpful.

Your ressies, though, I can speak to. Your girls will have a lot of fun. There will be some overlap between characters at the meals but most have some unique characters. CRT and Askerhus pull from the same pool but it's large enough that you will likely have one or two different ones.

Some kids do get frightened during Fantasmic. There are villains in the show and explosions, fire and other potentially scary parts. It really depends on the child. I would recommend sitting further back, to be away from the action and also so if you need to get up and leave you can do so easily. My DD was 4 when she first saw Fantasmic and was not scared.

We did the Fantasmic dining package in March. We were told to be there 1 hour before show time. There were still lots of empty (reserved) seats at that point and we probably could have shown up 45 mins early and still gotten seats, but that changes from show to show I imagine.

If the kids are afraid of fire, sit toward the back of your section and be prepared to leave.

You probably need to be there no later than 45 minutes before the show starts. There is no longer a separate entrance for dining package guests. 30 minutes before the show, they open up the package reserved seating section and start seating anybody there.
