Newbie - Hello!

I'm new! I'm most likely going to WDW solo in October next year, travelling from the UK on the other side of the pond. I'm hoping to go too the Not So Scary Halloween Party too.

Nearly 90% of the things I've googled for in my research for this trip, have lead me to posts on this board, so I thought I might as well take the plunge and join - and hopefully make a friend or two!

i have never done a solo trip my self and from coming from the other side of the pond it would be a big experience for you

It wasn't originally meant to be a solo trip. I did originally pitch the idea to one of my friends and her significant other, but they're both pretty bad with flying - her significant other has trouble even getting on a plane these days. So sadly they dropped out, and I couldn't find anyone else interested in going (I know right!)

So, I'm normally a bit shy and reserved, but I thought - I'll go on my own and live a little!

Not going to lie though, part of me is worried it'll be super awkward - or even super lonely, especially the dining side of things.
