This seems to be my life right now! Constant laundry!! School has ended here and we are getting ready to start the park and reading programs this week! A few minutes for mom to sneak on DIS!

I know we are researching everything for our trip next summer too! I think we are going the week before you because of the way the county fair falls. (I think we discussed dates a while back for July!)

Sunny beautiful day again here.. I love it!!! Now, if they would just move the World around the block my day would be made!!!

Ok, off to cook my natives some lunch!!1

I must say, McDreamy did make the local news here while he was at the Indy 500!!!

I am done with teaching and have finished five grad hours so far--3 to go. Anyway, I have next week off, so plan to work on my items then. Have the ideas and stuff, just have had no time to work until now.

Thanks for the update.. hope everything is going well!! Your little ones should be done with school soon!!! Yeah!!! Things have been crazy around here with school out and a blue million activities!!!

DS4 is done on Friday and the other 2 are finished on Tuesday. The Board of Ed finally got smart though. They added 5 minutes to the end of the day next year so our last day is now the 8th instead of the 15th, of course we still will have snow days to make up but it beats getting out so late!

Oh and the baby decided to get all 4 top teeth at once so the last 2 days have not been fun! So my Epcot stuff is probably going to be down to the wire. If I'm really close to the deadline I will over night it.

Oh and the baby decided to get all 4 top teeth at once so the last 2 days have not been fun! So my Epcot stuff is probably going to be down to the wire. If I'm really close to the deadline I will over night it.

Well, if we could only get our Board of Ed to switch our state testing from 2 weeks after they return to school in the fall til spring.. we'd be good to go! But that is a vent all it's own!!! At least they will have a little longer break for next summer!

She decided to take on all 4 teeth at once.. You poor thing!! for all of you! My little one did that too...those were not fun nights or days for that matter.... Now, I find out they are all lose at the same time...but on the bottom! Wasn't it just yesterday we got those bad boys in?

Just let me know when you mail them.. I won't panic!!! I can totally relate!!!

Sorry, I've been MIA! I thought after dd's dance recital, things would settle down. Was I wrong! DD auditioned for the school district-wide childrens choir. I almost didn't let her (I had to sign the permission slip), because I didn't think she sings that well. Bad mom I know, but when she sings, it is so high pitched that dogs are howling in Cleveland!

Anyways, she got the letter that she was accepted and it was the week from heck last week, with trying to get her to practice, 2 softball games and the parent meeting for the choir! They are going to perform and march in the 4th of July parade.

Our school's field day is this Friday and I'm in charge of food for 500! I think it is getting to me as I kept dreaming about hot dogs all night!
Our school doesn't get out until next Thursday. We get out a week later than the rest of the district.

No, you aren't a bad mom for thinking she wouldn't make it.. I think as mom's we sometimes set ourselves up to think they won't make it so that we can make it easier on the kids if they aren't accepted! My DD was accepted into the journalism class and will be working on the yearbook for her middle school next year.. she was one of only 7 kids chosen from her grade level.. I didn't think she would make it either with the number of kids that applied!
Congrats to your DD though!!! I need to get motivated to work on the final swap projects too.. that will have to be later today because I have kids out and about today...

No problem!!! I totally understand and can so relate! I thought summer vacation meant my live would slow down a bit..but I find I'm busier now than while they were in school! My house looks like a tornado has a constant presence so matter what I do...
