Hi!

We are taking our first Disney Cruise in Sept 2002. It is a long story, but the trip had to be rescheduled and since it is over 18 months since the booking, our TA (Travelocity) doesn't have a clue what is going on with our trip. But, Disney won't deal directly with us either. I have to call Travelocity and then they call Disney, but even simple questions (i.e. our check-in date) take about an hour of time on the phone.

Here is the problem:
How do we get the First Time $25 credit?

Plus, we will be on the sea on 9/11. Do you think Disney will do anything special? Spirit Air gave free fares for 9/11, so you think it will encourage others (i.e. Disney) to do anything special?

Thanks for you advice!
Diana

Hi Diana, and welcome to the Cruise Board! :)

You will need to contact Travelocity and have them contact DCL for your credit, they need to add code REF. Since you have had so many problems with them it may be tough to do; hopefully you will get it worked out.

I don't know of anything special planned for 9/11 on DCL, but perhaps they will do some sort of memorial or moment of silence.

Enjoy your cruise! :)
