Newbie- Confused. Needs Help - PTs

I have two contacts. 60 points August - VB , and 50 Points August - OKW
We just purchased via resale. And should be in the computer by the end of the week.

My VB contract has 44 points remaining for 09
My OKW contract has 50, 08 points, 50, 09 points, etc.

Ok. So when I call this week, I want to make the following ressies.

VB for June of this year. Do I only have my 44 points to use, or can I borrow for '10 for a trip in June of 09?

OKW for Jan 10. Do I have if I wanted too, 150 points to use? Or only 100?
If for some reason I didnt boko this week this trip, when would I have to bank my 08 points as to not lose them?

You'd only have 44 pts from your VB 2009 allotment to use for June 2009
stay ( these 44 pts will be "borrowed" into the current 2008 UY for you to utilize for June 2009 stay ). Unfortunately, you cannot borrow from VB 2010 UY allotment for June 2009 stay because those borrowed 2010 pts would need to be utilized between Aug 1 2009 - July 31 2010.

You may want to look into getting a transfer of additional number of points you'd need from another DVC member to cover reservation you want to make for VB or if your OKW & VB contracts are 2 separate contracts you can transfer some of your own OKW points to cover VB ressie. Also, if one of your contracts is set up as a "master" contract & the other is listed as an "add-on" to that master than no need to transfer points, you can just use some of your OKW points to cover VB ressie because it is less than 7 months to your travel date.
( Just keep in mind if you do make a points transfer you may only make 1 transfer of points either into our out of each account(s)/contract(s) per Use Year. )

Your question re OKW for Jan 2010 :

~ 2008 Aug UY points need to be banked into 2009 UY by March 31 2009
( MARCH 31 will always be banking deadline for AUG UY - you may bank during 1st eight
months of your Use Year )

If you bank these 2008 UY points into 2009 UY they are available then
to use from AUG 1 2009 - JULY 31 2010, so yes they'd be usable for
JAN 2010 stay.

~ 2009 Aug UY allotment of points would also be available for Jan 2010 stay ( from Aug 1 2009 -
July 31 2010 )

~ and 2010 Aug UY allotment of points may be borrowed into 2009 UY to use for
Jan 2010 stay ( for a stay between Aug 1 2009 - July 31 2010 )
