I have some questions and I need some assistance, pretty please with Mickey on top. :)

I will be staying at the Beach Club soon as I have some questions about it.
Our cast is an all girls trip. 1 mother and her daughter, a sister and a best friend. We have booked a standard room and requested a non-guaranteed daybed.

Are the beds in the room comfortable? I have a hard time sleeping anywhere besides my bed unless I am really comfy. My husband will not be coming along, so that adds to the change in sleeping arrangements.

I understand that this room does not come with a privacy curtain. Is there a need for us to take a shower curtain or something to hang? Since we are all not related, we do not want to watch one another change clothes and such. ;) I was not sure if the bathroom was big enough to get ready in without a privacy curtain.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

As I recall there are several different room arrangements at the BC. We had a nice sized bathroom,,,but I don't recall if there was a door from the sink area to the rest of the room. There are pictures of resort rooms on several websites...check these out. Also DH (who is quite picky) thought the beds were pretty comfortable.

At BC standard rooms (ie, not suites or deluxe rooms), the rooms feature a small toilet/tub room with a door and a vanity area that is open to the rest of the room. So people can either change in the tub room -- which is very small -- or you can bring something to hang up for a larger privacy area.

I've always found beds at the deluxe resorts comfortable.

We just stayed there in June. The beds are great! The daybed also sleeps pretty good for a daybed. My DS17 didn't seem to mind it. In fact, he preferred it.

For a description of a standard room (or atleast the one we stayed in), when you walk in the door, there is a chest of drawers in a cubby area to the left, then just past that is the closet. To the right is the open vanity area with two sinks and plenty of room to dress. To the right of the vanity area is the toilet/tub area. It is pretty small, but usable for changing ( as is evident by the constant changing of clothes by the above mentioned DS17). Going on through, there is a dresser-type cabinet with a refrigerator and some shelves in it, then the daybed to the left. The beds are to the right with another small desk right before the sliding glass door.

Hope this helps!! Have a great trip!!
