I have 100 banked points to use between 06/01/06-05/31/07. Once I make a reservation using the banked points, can I change dates and/or cancel as long as it is at least 31 days prior to check-in? Is my only restriction on the banked points is that I must use them by 05/31/07?

The answer to both your questions is yes. Once you bank points they have exactly the same rules as the other points in the year you bank them into. Except they cannot be borrowed against or banked again.

You can cancel a reservation up to the day before check-in without losing any points. However if you cancel less than 31 days prior, your points go into "holding" and can only be used for stays booked less than 60 days in advance. Points in "holding" expire at the end of your Use Year, but that's already the case with banked points.
