For starters, you'll want to look at the Free Dining Promo: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/special-offers/resort-stay-dining/ you may as well eat for free!!! That may narrow down your choice of resorts, since your first choice may now be out of discounted rooms for your time frame. But a little flexibility here may go a long way!
