New Years hotel help?

We will be in Disney after a cruise from December 28th-Jan 02/04. It seems all the good deals end on December 26th....any tips on where to stay?? We would really prefer onsite given the short duration of our stay. I don't want to be wasting time going back and forth...

As we need 4 rooms..2 of which we are paying for....cost is a factor sadly!

I guess all the deals are out for the holidays?

You could still try the swan / dolphin? or pick an onsite you can swing without a discount and if there is a discount at the last minute you have an extra gift? The values and moderates are very nice, but I'm sure they are filling up fast, so you might not want to wait very long to make your decisision.
