we're doing a bunch of appetizers this year. :)

:D

The main course is going to be ziti, but my girlfriend and i are also serving mozzerella cheese with tomatoes, quesidillas, chips and salsa, some other finger foods ( I'm trying to get her to serve pigs in a blanket, but she's a vegetarian and doesn't want to serve them). It should be a very good meal and I'm sure we'll all be full by the time the ball drops.

Happy New Year!

All I have planned so far is coconut shrimp. Maybe I'll get some more ideas from this thread. :hyper:

Nothing exciting NYE but NY day we will be having ham or turkey with blackeyed peas, cabbage, mac & cheese and probably some cornbread.

Thought I'd add that for New Years Day we will be having Pork Roast & Sauerkraut, Mashed Potatoes & Dumplings.

Yum Yum!!!!!

wienies in sauce

Well NYE is our anniversary so I ordered a lobster gram and it came in today. We have lobster tails, steak, shrimp, and cheesecake. WE will boil some new potatos and possibly some corn. It also came with clam chowder but DH ate that for lunch today. I think he had as much fun playing with the dry ice as he will eating the food.

I am making the oreo cheesecake tonight.

Then salad, fruit tray, veggies and dip and
main course is chicken stir fry, sweet and sour chicken and then chicken paramsan ( DS#2) doesn't like the other chicken. so i take the chichen that is breaded , that i use for the sweet and sour, and put marina sauce and mozzerella cheesc on it for him..

:wave2:
