Great questions! I wish I could help you because I want to know too. We have plans to go to HKDL on December 31st. I hope they have a special celebration. Will you be there on December 31st?

I was going to, but I don't know, I think I'm gonna be there on January 1st instead. I can't find any info on their website regarding NY eve.

No, Hong Kong Disneyland does nothing for New Years, very sad, but I will not get into it here. Park closed at 10:00pm last year.
