New Year's Eve Dining

Ok, I know it is WAY early to be planning my ADR's, but I just can't help it! We have never been to WDW over the holidays. We will be arriving at MCO on New Year's Eve at about 6:15 pm. We will be taking the Magical Express. We are staying at BLT and are hoping to get a late ADR at Chef Mickey's. What time should we think about making that ADR for? I have no idea how long it will take to get from the airport to the Contemporary and get through check-in. I also have no clue if Chef Mickey's will be crazy that evening or if everyone will be too busy in the parks? Any ideas or words of advice?

We're planning the same trip. BLT for new years should be great.

As for the reservation, I'd say do one for any time after 8pm. That way there's no rushing, even if the planes a bit late. Just make sure to do online check in before you arrive.
