New Years Eve at MGM

Can anyone tell me what I can expect at MGM for New Years? Is it going to be mad crazy?? Do we need to arrive early to the park to make sure we get in?

1) Typically, all parks are crowded on major holidays.
2) MGM on New Year's is not except.
3) I have not heard of a past capacity induced admission shut-off at MGM.
4) Usually there is room, but I'd still get there early in the day.

We've never spent NYE at MGM, but we have spent the 4th of July at MGM. For the 4th, MGM was the least crowded of the parks and they had the least spectacular fireworks display.
