Thank you so much corndog and sweetheart for your answers!

Now, I just have to decide if I should purchase from ticketmania anyway.

Corndog, I only live about 90 miles southeast of Columbus. Love shopping and dining at Easton!:)

I have 2 really good pictures of WL that I would like to post. I have them scanned. Does anyone know how to put them into a post? I clicked on IMG, but I don't know what to do. Thanks! :bounce:

I just purchased my tickets from ticketmania.com through the link from my mousesavers newsletter. I leave Tuesday to go to WDW so I can let you know if it is successful. I got the 5 day hopper pass w/ 4 plus specials.

Hi!

I think that 5day Park Hopper with 4 pluses is a fantastic deal! It will be the perfect weather for the water parks. How exciting:Pinkbounc You are leaving Tuesday-I'm jealous! Have a wonderful time and please let us know how the tickets work out.
Are you staying at the Wilderness Lodge? If so, let us know how that is , too!

:earsgirl: Have a great trip!

HI!

I just booked the Wilderness Lodge Woods View for 3 nights 8/30-9/2.

Does anyone have any suggestion on any specific requests? I did request a room with bunk beds for my 9 1/2 yo and 2 1/2 yo.

We are staying here the last 3 nights of our stay.

Thanks,

Lisa

I just HAD to share this with the rest of the WL "lovers"!!! Originally we were staying at CBR until 7/31 and checking in on that same day (into WL), but my Dfam had a meeting tonight to "finalize" an itinerary for our stay. Long story short, we will be checking out of CBR a day earlier and checking into WL A DAY EARLIER!!! Yippee, skippee!!!

Snow Dog Mom-
AWESOME deal on the "Hoppers"!!!

PeterPam (fellow NJ'er)-
I would love to see your pics. Unfortunately, I am braindead when it comes to all that "techie stuff". Try posting a thread on Technical Boards and asking one of those geniuses (I swear, they are - they can answer ANY question)...

PS - unused days on any hopper pass is good forever, even if it is on a key(obviously the key no longer works when you check out, but the info for entrance to a park is still in the "strip")

HI , will be at disney in 18 days. I just called to recomfirm my ressies and add some requests. I booked WL courtyard. So I asked very kindly if she(CM) would include innercourtyard over looking the main pool. She was very nasty. I never heard of this, and I have been here a long time. She said you booked courtyard, I never heard of innercourtyard. I said I just wanted to make sure we were not villa side. She just was very unpleasant and said where did you get your information. I tryed to bare with her, the other times I called the CMs were very nice. She was very put out that I requested innercourtyard. Anyway, cannot wait to get there!!!!!! thanks, corvair

corvair . . .

I'm so sorry you had such an unpleasant experience with your CM! You seem to have a pretty good attitude about it though.

I think you should probably fax your inner courtyard request directly to the resort a week before you leave. I'm sure they'll do everything they can to get in the room you really want!

Hope you have a GREAT time! Just remember, you have only 18 days and counting . . .:D

Next time you encounter a rude or clueless CM at CRO, just tell them "thank you for your help" and hang up and call right back...really. There's no reason why you should have to put up with that kind of attitude.

I've had a few, but very few CRO CM's I've encountered like that over the years and chances are when you call back you'll get a much nicer and/or experienced CM to help you. Every once in a while you get a bad apple in the bunch, but most are nice and helpful, so it's not worth your time and energy to put up with a "bad apple"....right!

As aring75 recommended, I agree you should fax your room request directly to the hotel, I don't know how much "pull" CRO has on room placement anyway.

GOOD LUCK and I hope you get the room you want!! ENJOY YOUR TRIP!! and I only wish you good apples:)

Where are you? You haven't posted on this thread for a awhile, now.....

Just stopped by to peek my head in and say HELLO  Kimmar! I've missed you on the Dolpin thread...stop by when you have a moment. Nice thread you have here...very FUN & informative. Enjoy your weekend...Always, DF99;) :sunny:

posting this for my sister:

Which of these rooms have bunk beds? -6012, 6022, 6032, or 6034?-

Just wondering about the pool situation. Are we allowed to use the more quiet pool at the WL Villas if we are staying at the lodge?
Also is it true, Krispy Kremes at WL?

We used the quiet pool at the villas. I call it the quieter pool.

The beach is even quieter!!:)

I am patiently awaiting our 1st trip to a Disney Resort. I want to thank everyone who has posted tips and experiences on this board, I am learning so much! This trip will mean so much to my family as my father(fire chief) is retiring that week. My brother, my husband, and myself are all firefighters and someone is always working on weekends and holidays in my family. This will be the first I will get to spend an entire week with my DS and DD(6 & 4) since the youngest was born. We have booked WL woods view Nov 20-25. I am so excited! Everytime a WDW commercial comes on tv my kids freak out. My parents are staying at FW in thier new MotorHome. When interviewed in the Baton Rouge newspaper the Advocate, my father was asked what he was going to do when he retires and he was quoted,"I'm going to Disney World!" LOL:Pinkbounc

Yes! Yes! Yes! There ARE Krispy Kremes at Roaring Fork!!! (It just doesn't get any better than Kirspy Kremes at WL!!!)

good morning kimmar,,,,I love a cup of coffee and krispy kremes... I have 15 days and counting. Have a nice day.....corvair

Are the KK's hot and fresh?
I told my son about this and he is very happy we are staying at WL :D

lucki4--

Yee Haw! Krispy Kremes at Wilderness Lodge! We're checking in there on the 23rd of July also! I'll be the one with the big smile on my face and a big doughnut in my hand! LOL!

Quick question............

I know there is a beach at WL, but can you swim in the lake? My daughter got a Little Mermaid snorkeling set and is so excited to try it out! I figured the pool would probably be way too crowded.

Thanks!
