Anyone else have to reactivate their acct with the new website? I've been a member for 5 years, and I've banked my points back in July but now I can't sign in, and I checked availability about a month ago with no issues.

Many of us have, the website issues seem to come and go. Not very service oriented for a company that posts billions in profit.

I haven't had problems with the sign in page. Once in though, I personally think it's a mess!
 
I don't like the new version. It took me a few minutes to find where my reservations are. Maybe I'm just dumb, but a members'website should be usable and functional, not a marketing website. We already bought in!
I would like the critical information (points, banking deadline, reservarion) on the homepage, non in a page linked in a small submenu hidden in a corner.
