New website?

Disney changed their website since last year and I hate it. It is much more difficult to work through and am I the only one who keeps getting different quotes and then every hotel says "unavailable"? Then, my cart keeps changing too. It keeps changing the kid total and adding another kid on me.

I finally gave up yesterday and called. I received a quote from them for the two rooms that we need with the Free Dining Offer. Then I asked him to check with the room discount instead of the Free Dining. While he was checking, we were disconnected, so I never got the quote. Now, I just checked the website myself and it comes up a few hundred dollars more, and it did say "discounted room rate".

Why would the discounted room be more expensive then the regular price with free dining?
 
We all dislike the new site , but they are fixing it so that you can get around better and do what you want to do . Hang in there and all will be fine . :love:
 
I have had the same experience. I get different prices....rooms say they are a available, but when I call the cm says they aren't, etc. I finally called yesterday to change my reservation, was unable to get the preferred room that I wanted but ended up saving more on the "discounted" standard room reservations that I made online. Also can't easily find where to add my magical express info...called them for that also. Very disappointed with the new system but the live CM that I have talked too have been great.

BTW the preferred room I want still shows available on the website even after I spoke with a cm and told them what the website was showing. I may call again today to see what happens.

That's really odd!! I would definitely call them back today and let them know it still shows as available on the website. This is slightly off topic but when I was booking a cabin for the cruise it showed available online but when I called the CM said it was not available, the next cheapest available cabin was $500 more... I asked her why it still shows as available and she said the website does not update right away, yeah ok. Well that night I went to the website and booked the cabin I wanted, which must have been available because I received confirmation and everything!!!! Good thing is, when we finally received our cabin assignment they ended up upgrading us to the one that was $500 more anyways!!! :)
