New WDW Site

Just spent some quality time on the new WDW website. WOW! I'm terribly impressed with the update. It was pretty mediocre before, but now its fantastic. Very informative for those planning their first trip, and wonderful pictures for reminiscing for those of us who make a habit of WDW. Made me miss it even more. I'm so itching for a DVC fix. Makes me not care so much about the $9 monthly increase to my dues.

I have not been able to access the new site! Ever since they changed it, it just hangs up my computer, and I end up rebooting. I have tried dozens of time, with no success. I can't even access my Magical Gatherings account anymore!

I've had numerous issues with the new site as well. Even accessing it through a T-1 line I've had issues. I participated in their "survey" and gave them my feedback.

1) Try checking your security settings.
2) It might not load if
. . . you don't allo cookies
. . . have high/higher security

I allow cookies, but how do I know if I have higher security? We have Mediacom High Speed.

Diane: Go to Tools, then Internet Options, then to Security. Check the security level there. I have mine on Medium.

I have mediacom cable also. I just accessed the site without a problem. The higher/high settings refers to your security settings within Internet Explorer. Make sure that your internet settings are not set on "high" security. Also if you have a firewall that could also affect that you ability to connect.

My security was set on medium also. I do have Norton antivirus, could that do it?

Okey, I turned off Adsgone and made sure security was set at medium and made sure I was allowing cookies, but the same thing still happens.
