Well tonight and tomorrow are off days for me. I did 3 in a row and want to rest. I do have PT for my knee tomorrow so that will count on miles and min.
I purchased through QVC a 12 DVD series with all kinds of training for all parts of the body. Since I've been given the go ahead by the Dr I feel confident to start a new program to work other parts of my body. The legs are feeling great so I'd like to broaden my program.

My friend and I are trying to decide for 2009 either the Race for the Taste or the TOT. We'll see, be both seem to think the RFTT would be more our speed, early am - we're better off in the am. Ahhhhhhhhh so many races - to pick from.
