new waitlist policy?

Ok color me clueless, but I've seen a few remarks to "the new waitlist policy" but have no idea what's new. Can someone enlighten me?

Effective June 1, there is only one waitlist option -- automatic filling.

Previously there was the option of receiving a phone call and making a final decision prior to the points actually being taken and the waitlist filled. That's now gone.

I was also told by MS that if you have more than one wait list, the system will auto fill the first and cancel the others. Any body know more about this?
