new visors & a duck bill at wdw

I posted this but I seem to have lost the post and could not find it in my history either. So, here again.

I saw these on ebay and were wondering if they are in the parks now (or are the old) and if they have other ones for different rides.

Also, in the 80's I remember DL having hats that that were mess and had a donald duck bill that squeaks. Do they still sell those at the wdw parks.
