Hi - we have got free dining for Aug 2010 - I was sure that tax was included in the plan - can anyone confirm please?

I have had the dining plan in 2008 and 2009 and have the deluxe plan in 2010 and it does include the tax it was only the tip and the appitiser that was removed.
