New Version of Levi Commercial

Anyways, has anyone seen the new(idk how new?) version of the levi jeans commercial where the guy pulls up his pants and the girl in the phone booth pops up and they walk away together?

Here's a new version of it that was shown on Bravo during Project Runway the other night.

I think It's a pretty bold move; I bet there are people who will stop buying Levis just because of this commercial.

But I do respect them for it. It's the first commercial I've ever seen with a gay couple.


Do you guys think the bigger channels will use it?

I'm kind of neuteral. It's a commercial; I really don't think that it's any big deal, while I'm sure there are some people who do.

it confused me SOOO much the other night.

There's also a watch commercial or something with 2 gay couples. And you see a guy walking one direction and a girl walking another way. And you think they're going towards one another but they meet up and embrace with someone of the same sex.

I guess I don't think its a huge deal, I mean, I didn't even hear about it until right now.
But it did surprise me a little. I know/(think?) some European countries have/(probably have?) aired commercials featuring gay couples, I just didn't think that Americans would have the balls to make one or air one it any time soon.

I don't think any major american newtworks will air it though to be hoenst, I'll be REALLY surprised if I see it on CBS or NBC ever.

ed: I think they probably aired it during Project Runway, because that's probably the crowd who will be most accepting of those types of things on TV?

haa ive never seen that one, only the one with the guy and girl. But I know which one there talking bout with Dolce and Gabana. ive saw that one. It was kinda strange but whatever. But the Brown haired guy is cute, gay or not =]
