New version of AP sponsor form???

Does anyone know if there is a new version of the sponsor form and if so, where I can find it. The last one expired yesterday as far as I can see but not sure if we can still use it or not??

I know someone on here must have the answer!!!

In the past AP bureau have allowed sponsorship on the previous version of the form.
I'm sure this will be the same until the new version appears on-line
