New Vegetarians - Questions

Hi there! My husband and I decided to go vegetarian recently - we will eat fish, eggs and dairy. So...at least we're semi-vegetarian.

What restaurants have the best variety of meal options? I welcome any and all suggestions! We're new at this and just beginning our research. In addition to researching meals to cook at home, we can't forget about Disney dining options.

I know how you feel.My wife has been a vegetarian for about 11 years now.When we go to disney we eat at Alfredo's in Epcot,Hollywood and vine in MGM(awesome buffet and the root beer potato's are great)Rainforest cafe,the tusker house has a decent breakfest in Animal kingdom and Cinderella's castle and the Liberty tree tavern in Magic Kingdom.There are a lot of places to eat without meat but these are our favorites.Hope this helps.Mike
