Ok my first question is, What is this 11 and 7 month window? Is that the only time i can book?

Hey DLG

You can book your home resort (SSR) starting 11 months from your check-out date, and you can book any other DVC resort at 7 months from your check-out date. This will assure you priority when booking into your home resort!
