You can sometimes call your local bookstore and get them to look it up. Sometimes they have the date it is expected to be in store, sometimes they don't, but never hurts to try it out.
I bought the 2007 guide two days ago, for £12 - I wonder if I can exchange it if I don't read anymore and keep it in good condition.......especially if the new one is due out in a few weeks time. I do go to WDW in Sept 2008 - so the new guide would be much better, but really how much would change?
Here's the link to order one from Overstock.com. They have the best price I've seen anywhere ($13.85 + $2.95 s/h). The release date shows "8/2007" but the Barnes&Noble website shows a ship date of 8/20/2007. Hope this helps!
I'll get a refund next week and place an order at Waterstones for the 2008 guide. So gutted, I had no idea the new one was out so soon! I'm just so excited for my trip next year, that I didn't think to come home and research the book before I bought it!
check out the website for updated info. i think they reprint several times a year and do corrections w/each. i love wdwtoday's podcast with len testa, one of the authors.
I'm going in October and just got the 2007 guide. Do you think I should return it and get the 2008 one when it comes out? Or do you think it's not that big a deal?
