New Universal Ride Rules

Thanks to I'm guessing a lot of lawyers, I've seen that Universal changed several rides to not allow people who cannot walk onto the ride under their own power (I'm aware of the incident that was the impetus). I'm a partial paraplegic and can't walk but have plenty of control, including my legs, and there is nothing dangerous about me riding anything (I've ridden everything at Universal including Epic). Does anyone know if they are strictly enforcing the new rules? This is the same nonsense rule that keeps me from riding Peter Pan at WDW.
